Domestic Returns (India)
We have a 7-day return policy for domestic orders within India. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
International Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for international orders. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order after return approval.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU customers, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
