Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for all orders across all serviceable pincodes.

Please note that the return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 working days by our courier partner.

Once we receive the product, our team will contact you to confirm your request.

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and must include the original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Returns are free. However, in cases of excessive returns, we may charge up to INR 100 per item as a return handling fee, which will be deducted at the time of refund.

Orders usually take 2–5 working days to reach metro and Tier I cities. However, delivery to some pincodes may take slightly longer.

We charge a shipping fee of INR 50/- on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

Cancellation, Return / Exchange & Refund

You can cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp.

Alternatively, you can opt to cancel your order by clicking the Cancel Order button in the Order Confirmation message.

Once the product passes the quality check, the refund for a return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the replacement product is dispatched, it will take 7–10 working days to reach you.

For hygiene reasons, innerwear boxers are non-returnable.

Additionally, orders containing free products received during promotional events or offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the quality check, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours.

Please note, if any promotional or coupon code was redeemed during the purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to your bank account.

In case of orders placed with a discount, the discount will be waived off, and the products will be billed at their MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.

For prepaid orders, the refund method will depend on the original mode of payment. The amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please contact your respective bank for further assistance.

Please note, if a promotional or coupon code was redeemed during the purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. For non-promotional purchases, the full amount will be credited back to your bank account.

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the quality check, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit and sent to your registered Email and WhatsApp number.
